Casino Queen is situated in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front st. A total of 150 bedrooms and 7 suites available at the casino. The casino occupies27,500 sq.ft. and presents several highlights. Aside from betting, Casino Queen provides a two thousand, five hundred patron river boat, a 140 lot camper campground and easy access to MetroLink light-train station.
